Webcam: Take a peek into the wild side of the reserve
Out in the wilderness of the reserve stands a solar-powered camera that takes a picture whenever something moves. What can you spot?
The camera stands out in nature in the reserve and looks out over the landscape. It takes a picture whenever something moves in front of it – maybe a bird, a fox or a deer. On the webcam page you see the latest picture and a row of earlier ones, each with its date and time.
Eagleworld is not only about birds of prey – it is also about 40 hectares of open space for plants and wildlife. Because the camera runs on solar power, the page is not updated all the time, but as often as possible. Some pictures are taken in daylight, others in the middle of the night, so it is worth coming back for another look. We never post pictures in which people can be recognised.
Click a picture to see it large, and browse back and forth between the pictures. A little tip for families: who will be the first to spot an animal?
